Lilac Bell Peppers can grow up to 4 inches long and develop 3-4 lobes with a nice, crisp texture and smooth, shiny skin. They boast a crisp texture with juicy and sweet flavors. As with most sweet peppers, these will taste amazing when eaten fresh like salads and sandwiches, but they are also amazing grilled, stuffed, or roasted.
